ISKRA Collective is a multidisciplinary and international collective of young professionals and enthusiasts who place great importance on authorship, intergenerational dialogue, and shared affinities for the themes of sustainability, tradition, innovation, the rural and the urban, the local and the global, the specific and the universal.
The Pokupsko Trilogy is conceived as a multi-part event that engages all the senses of the Kupa River region through a variety of formats.
In the opening segment, members of the Collective – Aljoša Kotnjek, Karla Jelić Balta, and Petra Zebić – will present their work across three cycles, offering insight into their creative process, project development, planning, and production. Rather than repeating previously presented content, the focus will be on context, working methods, and the experience of bringing the project to life.
Following the presentation, guests are invited to an informal gathering and a showcase of ISKRA through its three cycles – a gesture of gratitude to the friends, collaborators, and family who contributed to its creation.
A segment of the programme is dedicated to the flavours and aromas of the Kupa region: Anja and Hana Grgić (HANJA Delights) will prepare a Pokupsko feast, while Nastja Novak (Nesputana vina) will present a selection of Pokupsko wine.
All three magazines will be on display in the space, together with thematic props and materials developed throughout the cycles – dyed scarves, forest terrariums, prints, and other works – forming a spatial and tactile extension of the project.
